The earlier the better. Many employers begin looking for new graduates six to twelve months before graduation. We recommend creating your profile in your final year of pharmacy school so you are ready when employers start reaching out.

You will need your basic contact information, your pharmacy school and expected graduation year, your GPA, your licensing status, your specialty interest, and a brief description of your career goals. Clinical rotations and certifications are optional but strengthen your profile.

Once you submit your profile, our team reviews it and identifies employers whose open positions align with your specialty, location preference, and career goals. We then send your profile to those employers by email. If an employer is interested, they will reach out to you directly.

Receiving and reviewing candidate profiles is completely free. We will email you matched candidate profiles at no charge. A flexible placement fee applies only if you decide to hire a candidate we introduced to you. There are no upfront costs and no subscription fees.

After you submit your opportunity through our employer registration form, our team reviews your requirements and identifies matching candidates from our pool of graduating pharmacy students. We send those profiles directly to your email so you can review them at your convenience.
